Midpage MCP versioned endpoints let production integrations pin to a stable tool contract:

The unversioned endpoint, https://app.midpage.ai/mcp, always points to the latest MCP tool version.

v3

MCP v3 adds federal docket tools and laws tools in preview:

• analyzeDocketReport
• analyzeDocketFiling
• analyzeLaw — question-driven analysis of statutes, regulations, constitutions, and agency guidance by citation/register citation/path/id, returning verified verbatim passages, with current-law resolution, children navigation, and version chains (added 2026-07-04)
• searchLaws — full-text search over the laws corpus with state/type/code filters and per-state hit counts for surveys (added 2026-07-05)

The opinion research tools are unchanged from v2:

• search
• findInOpinion
• analyzeOpinion

The unversioned endpoint, https://app.midpage.ai/mcp, now points to v3. Integrations that only need the stable opinion research contract can stay pinned to https://app.midpage.ai/mcp/v2.

The docket tools are in preview. They are available for federal docket report and filing analysis, but their contracts may change as we refine docket retrieval workflows.

MCP v2 keeps the same three tools:

• search
• findInOpinion
• analyzeOpinion

The search and findInOpinion tool contracts are unchanged.

analyzeOpinion changes its output contract:
